Central Banks?

Central Banks?

Dear investor.

In what would seem like a coordinated set of events; Powell speaking at the Senate, and in Europe Central banks raising rates more than expected.

It all at once dragged markets lower, gold traded at a three-month low...Powell could not pass up the opportunity to keep pounding the hawkish drum.

Let´s try this again, your job is to decipher information, from the data, and then make decisions.

What are the potential consequences of Central bank aggression? In some cases the outright devastation of an economy.

On a lighter note, a recession or prolonged stagflation with a fair dose of pain for all.

The Fed also has no recollection of recent bank failures. Powell did not enjoy when he was drilled on the subject; he quickly passed all responsibility to others. No surprise.

Investors, perhaps prices will drop a tad further,  but this is a buy zone, do not engage in bottom picking, that´s a foolish game.

Take advantage  of Powell´s gift as one of our clients phrased it... makes perfect sense.
