The inflation stat PCE comes in unchanged, markets basically ignored the number. 

 

Gold traded lower after a strong performance recently breaking above $2000.00...silver was the only metal to post green numbers up over twenty cents on the session.

 

The investment community has lost one of the best and long-lasting investors, a straightforward giant, no other than Charlie Munger. A no-nonsense, but funny character with a unique way of painting  the proper picture in the hopes of assisting other investors. 

 

He was 99 years old; his lifelong business partner Mr. Warren Buffett praised Mr. Munger's role in building Berkshire into what it is today.

 

We are at key technical chart levels both for gold and silver. Gold has pushed higher at a much stronger pace than silver, but make no mistake, the silver price could very easily accelerate at a mind-blowing pace.
