Use The News Wisely.

Dear Investor.

 

Nvidia, the stock market centerpiece lately, is a stock that investors can´t stop talking about. It´s explosive rise captures the minds of those who love the golden goose of the day. 

 

However, did this happen overnight? Perhaps it would be a good time for some research; make the time, look up its trading history, and you will quickly realize the immense patience that it required, years and years of very little movement. After reviewing this stock´s history, you should have a better sense of the words Warren Buffett and other legendary investors attempt to teach us.

 

Investing is about time; the headlines don´t tell the whole story. Let´s be fair. Our world is impatient...if we gain access to our cell phones with a fingerprint; tomorrow, we need one that opens by reading or measuring our pupils. That´s insane, but Samsung and Apple, thank you.

 

Gold back in 2016 traded below $1100.00 for a while; not too long ago in 2020, the low was approximately $1450.00...2022, around $1650 was the low point. As of this writing, gold is $2031.00 at 10:01 PM EST. 

 

Use the news wisely, and build your holdings while the price still offers a reasonable entry point.

When Rates Start To Fall. Dear investor.   While the FOMC meeting is taking place, let´s take a moment to understand the potential for precious metals heading into the new year.   If we look at basic economics, in an environment where interest rates are rising sharply, the textbook answer is for the metals to decline in value.   That being said, over the last year, rate hikes were not rising, they were on fire, straight up with no brakes insight...and gold managed to hold, plus, establish a new record high in such hostile conditions.   Then the logical question is, what are the possibilities as interest rates start to fall?   This requires that you calmly digest and review closely the last twelve months.   Tomorrow, the Fed will most likely stay put, with the inflation numbers remaining stable from the last report. Expect Volatility. .
